We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our liability will be limited to the fees paid by the client for the services.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
